Are you looking for sun, peace and nature? Then come to "Monte Ouro Verde". A lovely place in the hills behind Faro. Near the picturesque villages of Estoi (4 km) and Sao Bras de Alportel (8 km) and only 20 minutes from Faro and the airport. The beaches of the (Eastern) Algarve are only 12 kilometers away.

In a beautiful spot on our site with lots of privacy is a beautifully renovated mobile home with a large covered terrace. View over the hills and the lively village of Sao Bras de Alportel. The mobile home has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The mobile home is equipped with air conditioning and heating and it is a good place to stay all year round. A place to relax and discover the Algarve with its beautiful villages and beaches. 

The mobile home is located on the estate of an old farmhouse. There is a beautiful courtyard garden and a large area of 3 hectares. Just outside the courtyard is an (above-ground) swimming pool for guests to use.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the renter by e-mail. The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 29th and the 15th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The price includes cleaning and excludes breakfast. Breakfast is possible in consultation.
Air conditioning is exclusive: 7.50 euros per day
