This spacious villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to Nausicaa and is within walking distance of the centre of Carvoeiro. The interior is stylish, with traditional tiles and comfortable furnishings. From the dining room, some steps lead up to the tiled garden at the rear with a table and seating area. In the large open plan living room there are patio doors to a terrace from where you can take the stairs to the sun terrace. Furthermore, there is a bar/games room, a large salt water swimming pool with slide, outdoor shower and a barbecue. You can dine on the covered terrace suitable for 12 people. The master bedroom on the first floor has views over Carvoeiro by the sea, a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath in the corner (the suite can be reached via an open wooden staircase - watch your young children here. There is also a self-contained apartment with a cosy seating area, a separate kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool.
