CASA ANJA is a large, comfortable villa, with 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, etc.

Large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, HiFi.
Dining table for up to ten people, great atmosphere.

Ground floor: garage with laundry room and washing machine; ping-pong table and pool table.
Outside dining terrace with table and chairs for eight people.
Swimming pool 5x10 meters, large terrace with eight sunbeds, tables, chairs and BBQ.

Located in Sesmarias near Carvoeiro / Lagoa. Situated within a 10 minute walk of a Mini Mercado and some local restaurants and bars. The villa is close to the 18 hole Pinta and Gramacho golf courses with driving range and the tennis courts of the Carvoeiro Clube. Just a few minutes drive to Cravoeiro with many restaurants, bars and the beautiful beaches of Carvoeiro, Caneiros and Ferragudo.
