Beautiful villa with sea views, renovated in 2023 / 2024, located in a nice and quiet district of Carvoeiro, it has a private pool that can be heated, surrounded by private gardens.
The villa is well furnished and equipped with air conditioning, with 3 en suite bedrooms + 1 very small bedroom (6 m2) for 1 person (preferably a child). Maximum capacity: 6 adults + 1 child.
Total enclosed areas : 236 m2 + covered terraces: 55 m2 including a small enclosed terrace with panoramic views partially protected from the winds and sun exposure. It is ideally suited for family holidays and those looking for privacy and relaxation (dead end location + no overlooking neighbours).
Within walking distances: Carvoeiro beach around 25 minutes, various restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes and 5 minutes only to reach the local Tennis Club fitted with new padel courts.
Caneiros beach is within less than 10 minutes by car from the villa, with a large car park.
Water in the house is continuously ensured in case of local water supply disruption with automatic switch to our private buried water tank. The villa is a non smoking property and does not accept groups of guests aged under 25 years nor any pets. Airport transfers can be arranged door to door direct, please ask for details.
A condition of booking is that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal effects and public liability.
There is a gardener, once a week, to look after the garden and a poolman who makes sure that the pool is always in good condition twice a week throughout the summer. Outdoor cameras ensure surveillance of the garden but can be disconneted except for the entry door and main gate.
