This detached house with private swimming pool for 4 people is located in the Algarve countryside, in Estrela Montes, near the picturesque Boliqueime. The rural, south-facing location, between vast fields full of almond, carob, orange and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting cities, villages and beautiful beaches within a 15 to 30 minute drive, offers peace and space.

Quinta Nespera is a detached cottage with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an open living room, which overlooks the garden and flows into a handmade and fully equipped open kitchen. The house has a lovely sunny spacious south-facing terrace with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with fruit trees.

The house, suitable for 4 people, offers plenty of privacy and tranquility plus a high level of finishing. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating. Quinta Nespera is therefore also very suitable for rental in the winter months, which can be very beautiful in the Algarve.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices included

For stays longer than one week, small intermediate cleaning with change of bath, bed, kitchen linen

Final cleaning costs € 150, -

Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required when booking. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.

The reservation is only final after a deposit of 30%. Bail

Payment deposit before arrival, with 2nd deposit of 70% you will be asked to pay the deposit of 300 euros.
If no damage has been caused by you, this will be returned to your bank account after 7 days, or in the event of damage, part or all of it may be withheld, or additional payment of damage incurred will be required

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent;
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Arrival and departure
You can move into the villa after 16:00 in the afternoon and must have left the villa before 10:00 in the morning; This is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.
