Casa Pinheiro is located on 2,000 m2 of private land with a breathtaking view over the wooded area. You have access to a private swimming pool, some inviting terraces and a large barbecue. The cosily furnished villa offers everything to make you feel at home. Lots of space with a sitting room with fireplace and a dining area with air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, two refrigerators and washing machine. There are three bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, in the other bedrooms the beds can be placed apart. There are two cots available. All bedrooms have a bathroom en suite.
The house has a connection to the fiber optic network and therefore a stable and fast internet connection. In two bedrooms, a workplace has been created so that online working or gaming during your stay is possible without disturbing or disturbing others.
Casa Pinheiro was largely renovated in 2022. A new layout of the living room, all terraces re-tiled and the pool has been completely renewed. There is now a carport with double parking space on the property and the plot is completely closed off with an electric gate. There is its own energy supply, so no problems with power failures.
