3 bedroom villa very well located on the seafront, 30 m from the walkway that gives direct access to Praia da Alagoa – Altura without needing a car and 200 m from the tennis and leisure court.
This Villa includes 3 bedrooms (a suite with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds plus two single beds) and 1 common bathroom and on the ground floor a living and dining room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom
Guests can make use of the garden and space for dining outside with barbecue and barbecues, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces.
This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.This house, despite having a closed garage, is not available for guest use. Parking spaces are located in the villa's garden.

Equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for meals.

This villa provides towels and bed linen.

Security Deposit

We request the payment of €800 security deposit, this amount must be paid up to 7 days before Check-In and will be refunded until the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to the guests. Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, in which the absence of this may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
