This beautiful and large villa is located on an extensive plot with extensive lawns. Electric gates give access to the imposing driveway and the garden is completely enclosed with tall pine trees that provide welcome shade. A large terrace overlooks the pool and is particularly comfortable and equipped with upholstered wicker furniture. Winding paths through the lawns lead to the barbecue, an apartment and the illuminated, paved tennis court. For the enthusiastic golfer, there is a 5-hole putting green with sand bunker. In the villa there is a large games room on the lower level for snooker and table tennis enthusiasts. The décor is a mix of oriental and traditional influences. The living room is huge and the kitchen is attractive and modern with black granite work surfaces, a large American fridge/freezer and a breakfast room to another side. There is a self contained apartment located just away from the main villa, with TV and DVD and a private, sunny garden. Catalina is ideally located in a cul-de-sac near "Pine Trees Riding Stables" an equestrian centre, and five minutes from both Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, yet it is a haven of total peace and privacy.

Lower level: games room with shower and toilet. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Apartment: Main room with kitchenette, bedroom two single beds (can be made up as a king size bed), bathroom with shower, TV for use with DVD only and private patio.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Midweek and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet

-Heating
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: € 70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Tourist tax: € 168
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 525 per week

Guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival. The pool heating is only available from May to October.
