The kitchen is fully equipped and has a sliding door to a large terrace with a dining table for 20 people – perfect for alfresco dining.

- A bedroom with a generous double bed (optional as 2 single beds)
- A second bedroom with also a large double bed (also convertible into 2 single beds) and a third single bed.
- A luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet
- A second bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 1 and Bathroom 1 are wheelchair-friendly.
First floor:
On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with all 3 a beautiful en-suite bathroom.
In addition, there is a spacious playroom with television, a pool table and various board games.
Garden house: The attractive annex is equipped with:

- A cozy living room
- 3 comfortable bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms of which 1 is ensuite
- A private covered terrace with its own barbecue and pizza oven – ideal for cosy evenings in the open air.

The villa is located on an impressive plot of more than 8700 m², with plenty of privacy and space.
In the centre of the property is a large sun terrace with a private heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower.
Around the pool are comfortable sun loungers, with a large barbecue.
Adjacent to the kitchen is another spacious terrace with outdoor tables – the perfect place to enjoy long, balmy evenings enjoying delicious meals and the view of the surrounding nature.
