Beach apartment in Sao Rafael less than 2 kilometers from bustling Albufeira, and 325 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In the middle of the old town of Albufeira we have a beach house for rent, located 70 meters from the beach. This house has 2 beautiful balconies with full sea views.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit 50% upon booking, remaining payment with deposit must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Arrival time between 15.00 and 21.00. Late arrivals for a fee.

Departure no later than 10.00.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price.
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
