Casa da Brisa Dourada means "House of the Golden Breezes" and refers to the warm and gentle wind that caresses the coast of Albufeira.
Apartment Casa da Brisa Dourada is centrally located in the Algarve, quietly located near the cozy Albufeira. Our holiday home has everything you need to let you enjoy a few days without any worries. Away from it all, yet close to fun, beach and restaurants.
Holiday home for six people
Our holiday home is spacious and comfortable. There are three bedrooms with room for a total of six people.
Living room and kitchen
The holiday home has a bright living room and a well-equipped kitchen, which is connected to the living room by means of a bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer and an extensive kitchen inventory. In an alcove next to the kitchen is a washing machine and dryer.
In the living room there is a dining area and a television corner. Watch television here as you are used to at home; With a Chromecast you can log in via your own subscription and you don't have to miss anything.
From the living room you can walk straight onto the balcony. A lovely place to have breakfast in the morning or enjoy a cup of coffee. With a pastel de nata of course that you get at the mini market around the corner.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All bedrooms have box-spring beds and built-in wardrobes.
On arrival, the beds are already made and a set of towels is ready for each guest.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is also access to the balcony from this bedroom.
The second bedroom gives access to the garden. Between the second and third bedroom is the second bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
We are happy to provide a cot for you on request.
Location at Clube Albufeira
The holiday home is located in a quiet corner of The Village as this part of the holiday park is also called. This part is very spacious. All houses are adjacent to a large garden with a (partially heated) swimming pool in the middle and a bar for a cup of coffee, a beer or an ice cream.
The Village is built on a hill. Our holiday home is located on the edge of this hill, so one side borders the communal garden and we have a balcony on the other. Everyone can actually find their favorite spot, in or out of the sun.
There are four lovely swimming pools at the holiday park, 2 of which are a very short walk from our holiday home. There is also a playground with swings and a climbing frame with slide near the holiday home. There is also a mini shop for daily fresh bread rolls and there are two restaurants and two snack bars.
Surroundings
The holiday home is located about 1.5 km from the cozy center of Albufeira, with numerous restaurants and a cozy harbor. The beaches can be reached within fifteen minutes by car.
There is plenty to do in the area: sporty, active, cultural, culinary, it's all there.
Casa da Brisa Dourada, which is centrally located in the Algarve, is a great base to discover all this. The location is also ideal for people who want peace and privacy just outside the tourist crowds but still want to be close to everything.
PRACTICAL
- Check-in from 16:00 - check-out no later than 10:00.
- Faro airport (flying from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven) is about a 35 minute drive to our holiday home. Alternative airports are Lisbon and Seville.
- If you want to see a lot of the Algarve, we recommend renting a car.
- We do not rent our holiday home to groups of young people and for bachelor parties - Pets and smoking are not allowed.
- When booking deposit 30% and remainder 70% no later than 6 weeks before departure.
- Rental directly with NL owner.
- Rent is per night for the house (maximum 6 pers) including water and electricity.
- Fixed service charge of 85 euros per stay for final cleaning, set of bed linen, set of bath towels.
- Number of nights in consultation and therefore to be tailored to (favorable) air travel, so no fixed changeover days.
- Our holiday home can be rented from Easter to the end of November.
