For rent a 3 room bungalow at Balaia Golf Village in Olhos d'Agua near the beach, the ideal holiday location for the whole family less than 30 kilometers from Faro. The 3 room bungalow is centrally located on one of the beautiful gardens of Balaia Golf Village, right by the swimming pool. The bungalow is semi-detached, located on the ground floor and has no upstairs neighbors. The bungalow (V2 superior) is fully air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), living room, kitchen and utility room. The terraces can be reached through the sliding doors of the living room and one of the bedrooms. The terraces (south facing) are equipped with a table with 4 chairs and 4 sunbeds.

Since 2007 we are the proud owners of our V2 apartment at Balaia Golf Village.
Portugal and the Algarve in particular is always a wonderful place to go and enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature, the delicious food and the super nice people.

Many of our guests return year after year. Our apartment is especially perfect for families with young children!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General price conditions

- Prices are per week (7 nights) and assuming an occupancy of max. 4 persons
- Prices include towels and bed linen on arrival
- Mandatory final cleaning after the rental period (surcharge € 100,-)

Payment terms

Upon confirmation, the deposit and 25% of the rent must be transferred to the bank account mentioned on the confirmation. 8 weeks before departure, the remainder of the rent must be paid. If payment of the final instalment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse by operation of law and without any right to a refund.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the trip by the renter, the following costs will be charged:

1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rental price
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rent;
3. Cancellation up to the day of departure: 90% of the rent;
4. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival: full rent

Arrival and departure

The bungalow is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure.

Breakage and damage

In case of damage to the bungalow or inventory, you must report. We will have the damage assessed and repaired as soon as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is at our expense. Other (breakage) damage is at the expense of tenants. At the end of the rental period, a complete check-out will be carried out.
