We are delighted that you are considering renting Our House for unforgettable moments. Here are some key details that will help make your stay even more enjoyable:

Location:
Our house can accommodate up to 10 people and is available exclusively for one booking group, ensuring privacy and comfort. There are no other houses on the property, guaranteeing peace and intimacy.

Fees:
The reservation fee through the portal covers the total rental cost, and no additional fees are required. We are transparent so that you can fully enjoy planning your stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
The day begins at 17:00 and ends at 11:00, but we are flexible and open to discussing adjusting the hours to fit your travel plans.

Cancellation and Date Change Policies:
If you need to change the date or cancel, please contact us immediately by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Up to 60 days before the reservation date, there is no cancellation fee. In case of cancellation from 60 to 30 days, a fee of 25% is charged, from 30 to 14 days - 50%, below 14 days to the reservation date - 100%.

Shortening the Stay:
In the event of informing us about shortening the stay during the stay, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unused days.
