You can get the real Norwegian feeling in our spacious wooden villa of over 175 m2 in Vradal. Located on the slope of a mountain against the edge of a forest, you have a fantastic view in all directions. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 11 sleeping places each is equipped with electric heating, wardrobe space, mirror and bed lighting with USB A (4/5). There is very good WiFi and a desk. Spacious floor-heated entrance/hall with coat racks, cupboard space, ski boot heating and sofa. Washing machine with dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, nespresso & filter coffee machine, kettle, rod/mixer and toaster. The living room has a spacious dining table and a cozy sitting area around the wood stove. The TV lounge to relax can also be closed by sliding doors. There are 4 toilets and 4 bathrooms; 1 equipped with a steam shower and the wellness with a spacious sauna. Outside: charging station for EV (separate payment), spacious terrace with garden furniture & BBQ.

Dekker Residences currently has, in addition to long-term rental in the Netherlands, two properties, namely this great villa and a wooden holiday home in Austria at an altitude of 1800 meters. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In addition to the rental price, there is a deposit of 350 Euro that will be refunded after the final cleaning check.  In addition, there are mandatory additional costs for final cleaning, bed & bath linen per person per stay and kitchen linen per stay.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent

Located in the middle of nature, surrounded by forest, mountains and lakes, overlooking the Bussvikfjorden/Lake Nisser, the golf course on the peninsula and the ski slope across the lake you will enjoy. Vrådal is a few minutes drive and walking only 15 min.
In the center of Vrådal are the following amenities: supermarket, small café with terrace for lunch, hotel/restaurant, gym, hairdresser, souvenir shop, tourist office, small art gallery, outdoor shop and there is a gas station. Vrådal has a beautiful golf course, water sports opportunities, numerous hiking routes for hiking and you can enjoy cycling, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The Vrådal Panorama Ski Ski Center with 8 slopes (total 15 km and 8 lifts) is suitable for the whole family and is 10 minutes away. ride. Kviteseid and Seljord are 15 and 30 minutes respectively. where you can visit larger shopping malls.
Cities such as Kristiansand, Langesund, Larvik, Sandefjord and Oslo are a 2 to 3-hour drive away.
