Apartment with fjord view | Jørpeland
Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment (76m2) in Jørpeland, just 10 minutes from the walk to Preikestolen and 25 minutes from Stavanger. With stunning views over the fjord, this is the perfect base for couples and families who want to explore the beautiful nature in the area.
Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom and practical laundry facilities for added convenience. Relax on the terrace, in our cozy living room with fjord view or in the garden, with barbecue.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size box spring (160 x 200 cm). This spacious sleeping place is ideal for a couple, or offers pure luxury for a solo traveler. Bed linen is included and we make the bed for you. The bedroom has blackout curtains. It is possible to borrow cots/travel cots and high chairs.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double mattress (150 x 200 cm) below and a single mattress (90 x 200 cm) above. Bed linen is included – we make the bed for you. The bedroom has blackout curtains.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In the drawers and on the movable kitchen island you will find all the necessary pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The dining area offers stunning views of fjords and mountains, making it the ideal place for a quiet breakfast before heading out. Sliding doors lead to the terrace, where you can fully enjoy the magnificent panorama. You can sunbathe here from late morning until late afternoon, when the sun is shining.
The living room has a comfortable corner sofa by the window, overlooking the fjord. There is a 55-inch TV with internet connection. There are a number of Dutch and Belgian TV channels available. You can also play your own content of your choice on the TV via Chrome-cast and your own phone (Netflix, etc).
The bathroom offers plenty of space and has a modern, minimalist design. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.
The laundry room has a washing machine with washing powder and a drying rack. These facilities are free to use.
The backyard features a seating area, a barbecue, a sandpit and a frisbee basket. The barbecue can also be used as a fire bowl (be careful). In July you can enjoy the sun here until 23:00. Frisbees are available for guests. There are two excellent frisbee courses nearby: one at "Jørpelandsholmen" and one at Preikestolen BaseCamp.
Enjoy free and spacious outdoor parking spaces in front of the apartment. In addition, we offer a closed storage room, equipped with two bicycles and helmets. Although the bikes are not electric, they are light and ideal for exploring Jørpeland or taking a day trip. You can also use the storage room to store your own bicycles or other belongings.
