Casa Montecastelli - Two apartments ideal for two families of four. 
Consists of two apartments: Apartment Terra (ground floor with terrace) and Apartment Sopra (1st floor, with balcony) 

The two apartments each have their own kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms and a sitting room with a smart TV. And views over the valley with a private balcony and terrace.

All seating areas are equipped with smart TVs and sofas to listen to music or spend time with friends. For your enjoyment, the house has WI-FI internet service throughout. The bedrooms all have large windows with shutters on the windows and overlook the valley or gardens.

Outdoor spaces include two swimming pools! Dining terrace with plenty of shade or sun if you prefer, and a lounge area overlooking the garden. The property also features an original stone barbecue which can be used to prepare delicious meals for alfresco dining, a meal prepared with locally sourced meats and produce sold every Wednesday at the local market in the town square. For children there is a large play area with trampoline in the garden.

Many beautiful destinations, including Perugia, Gubbio, Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Arezzo, and Rimini, are a short drive away and serve as great day trips.

For the more adventurous, Rome and Pisa are each just a 2.5-hour drive from the house. There are also many charming towns to explore, as well as restaurants and excellent shopping nearby. If you're a shopper, designer outlets are just a short drive away.

Easily accessible - just half an hour's drive from Perugia International Airport with direct and cheap flights from London, Brussels, Zurich and so on.
