Villa Gioia

Villa Gioia is located in a very beautiful location with truly beautiful views. Located on 6 hectares of land at an altitude of 700 meters in the village of Morano Osteria. A nice location to enjoy the peace and nature or to discover the area. The world-famous Assisi, resting place of Saint Francis, is a 20 km drive away. Many other medieval towns such as Gubbio, Spello and Perugia are also within easy drive.
The villa consists of an upstairs apartment of 95 meters with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with terraces all around where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
A ground floor apartment of 80 meters with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room.
From this apartment you have direct access to the large communal kitchen of 80 meters from where you walk directly to the terraces and the lovely swimming pool.
Then there is the detached apartment of 60 meters.
This is located about 40 meters above the villa.
This has a bedroom, spacious bathroom, living room and of course a fully equipped kitchen.

All apartments can be rented separately, but also the entire villa, then our floor of 135 meters is added. All apartments are equipped with single beds that can easily be pushed together and of course equipped with television, hairdryer etc.
The 80-meter yoga room can also be used.
There are two washing machines available, ample parking, plenty of poolside sunbeds and strong wifi.
There is a wood-fired pizza oven on the property.
