il Nido is located on the ground floor. It is part of Villa Gioia in which 3 apartments are located. Located on 6 hectares of land at an altitude of 700 meters in the village of Morano Osteria. A nice location to enjoy the peace and nature or to discover the area. The world-famous Assisi, resting place of Saint Francis, is a 20 km drive away. Many other medieval towns such as Gubbio, Spello and Perugia are also within easy drive. il Nido has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a living room. From this living room you have direct access to the large communal kitchen of 80 meters from which you walk directly to the terraces and the lovely swimming pool. The 80-meter yoga room can also be used. There are two washing machines available, ample parking, plenty of sunbeds by the pool and strong wifi. A wood-fired pizza oven is available on site.
