Apartment il Belvedere is located in a very beautiful location with truly beautiful views. Located on 6 hectares of land at an altitude of 700 meters in the village of Morano Osteria. It is part of Villa Gioia in which 3 apartments are located. A nice location to enjoy the peace and nature or to discover the area. The world-famous Assisi, resting place of Saint Francis, is a 20 km drive away. Many other medieval towns such as Gubbio, Spello and Perugia are also within easy drive. The apartment covers 95 meters with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with terraces all around where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
The bedrooms have single beds that can easily be pushed together and of course equipped with television, hairdryer etc.
The 80-meter yoga room can also be used.
There are two washing machines available, ample parking, plenty of poolside sunbeds and strong wifi.
There is a wood-fired pizza oven on the property.

Our dream has come true, a lovely house in the hills of Umbria. We organize yoga retreats here for a few weeks a year and outside of that we rent out the three apartments. We are then present to help and advise our guests with anything and everything or we go out with the camper if the entire house is rented.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
