The heart of the villa is the panoramic living room, with a large glass façade that overlooks the pool and the surrounding landscape. The open-plan layout includes a spacious living room with a large sofa, a modern fireplace, and a breathtaking dining area full of natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, double fridge with ice maker, freezer and wine fridge, ideal for preparing Italian meals to enjoy indoors or outdoors.
On this floor there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a crystal shower and direct access to the garden.

The third bedroom, an elegant suite with ensuite bathroom and crystal shower, offers stunning views over the rolling Tuscan countryside.
