Surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan hills of Volterra in a private setting, surrounded by cypress trees, Casa Eleonora is located on the highest point of the village of Villamagna (Commune di Volterra), a very comfortable holiday home for up to 6 people.
Casa Eleonora, fully equipped with air conditioning and Wifi, has a great panoramic view, with a view of the towers of Volterra.
The house is spread over two levels: on the first floor an apartment of 115m2 which can accommodate up to 4 people. The layout consists of a spacious living-dining room with a large fireplace, very luxurious kitchen (dishwasher, 90cm ceramic stove with oven, Nespresso coffee maker), 2 x 2 person bedrooms (double beds), bathroom and a wine room.
On this floor is a large terrace with dining table and that insanely beautiful view, the place to be at sunset with a nice glass of wine.
On the ground floor is the third bedroom, actually this is an independent apartment for up to 2 people, of approximately 45 m2 with a private bathroom, and an attractive sitting area around the fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a large storage room with the washing machine and dryer and Ellen's studio space.
The adjacent land, approximately 1 ha, is accessible via a stylish staircase, there is also the swimming pool with sun terrace and again that beautiful view.
On the ground floor there is a BBQ, on the patio a lovely sitting area with a view of Volterra. Parking on site behind electric opening and closing gate.
In the village of Villamagna there is a coffee bar with delicious "dolces" in the morning, and of course a glass of wine later in the day, and there is Christina's supermercato, for much-needed groceries. The large supermarkets are in Volterra.
Villamagna is strategically located: you can quickly reach Volterra 14 km, San Gimignano, Lajatico (Theatro del Silenzio – Andrea Bocelli), Terricioli, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Siena and many more beautiful Tuscan towns and villages.
