The spectacular swimming pool of the villa (8 x 16 meters; depth 0.2 to 3 meters) is one of the highlights. Perfectly located overlooking the valley, it features a large hydromassage area with mosaic tiles and relaxing waterfalls. The outdoor area harmonizes beautifully with the surrounding landscape, offering both refreshing relaxation and stunning panoramic views.

Villa Leandro offers six spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms, each designed with comfort and Tuscan authenticity in mind. The interior combines rustic materials – stone, wood and terracotta – with refined finishes and modern amenities.
The ground floor features a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room and a cozy living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The upper floor features five additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and serene views of the countryside. The tasteful décor and warm color palette create a soothing and elegant atmosphere.
A private wellness area completes the experience and provides the perfect place to relax after a day full of Tuscan treasures.
