Villa delle Stelle is a beautiful and elegant retreat located near the town of Sarteano, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by rolling hills, oaks and cypresses and with a wide view of the Valdichiana and the Val d'Orcia, this beautifully restored former monastery from the 16th century combines historic charm with modern comforts. It is the perfect destination for a relaxing and rejuvenating Tuscan holiday, where luxury and nature come together.
The estate consists of the main villa and a guest house, with both shared and private spaces. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, an indoor pool with hydromassage, a fully equipped gym and beautifully landscaped gardens with aromatic herbs, vegetable gardens, fruit trees and shaded areas for al fresco dining. A wood-burning oven and barbecue make it ideal for outdoor activities, while quiet walking paths lead to the surrounding countryside.

The main villa was elegantly renovated in 2021, combining traditional Tuscan elements such as exposed beams and travertine marble with modern design.
Ground floor: Spacious entrance, living room with stone fireplace and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with double oven, induction hob, wine fridge and espresso machine, dining room with wine cellar, covered veranda with large dining table and lounge sofas, small gym with Technogym equipment and indoor pool with jacuzzi. A bathroom completes the floor.
First floor: Three large bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, two smaller bedrooms (one with queen-size bed and one with two single beds) with bathrooms, and a living room with fireplace. All rooms are air-conditioned and have smart TVs and mosquito nets.
Second floor: A very spacious suite with king-size bed, separate bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, walk-in closet and sofa bed. Smart TV and toiletries included.
Guesthouse/Dependance: One bedroom with queen-size bed and disabled access, en-suite bathroom and billiard room that converts into a meeting room with additional bathroom.
