The villa is located in Lunigiana, an unspoilt landscape of northern Tuscany on the border with Liguria. Thanks to this location, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the two regions, for trips to the sea, hiking in the mountains or visits to the numerous castles and small villages in the area. The sea is only about 15 km away – as are the quiet bays of the "Golfo dei Poeti", the fine sandy beaches of Tuscany and the famous Cinque Terre.
