Villa Stazzana is a historic residence that dates back to the early 20th century. The villa was originally built during this period, but was destroyed during World War II and later rebuilt by the owners, who have passed it down through the generations.
The villa is located in the hills of the Pistoia countryside and offers spectacular views of the valley, which on clear days reaches up to Brunelleschi's dome in Florence.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a beautiful fountain. To the left is a well-kept garden with a gazebo and a private pool, ideal for relaxing moments. The large fountain also serves as an entrance, making it easy for guests to park in front of the house.
Villa Stazzana is spread over two floors, which are connected by an internal stone staircase. (ten steps, a landing and another six steps)

To the left of the villa is the garden with classic Tuscan terraces planted with olive trees, offering a peaceful and panoramic setting. The fully enclosed garden surrounding the house ensures privacy, with a beautiful fountain welcoming guests at the entrance. A barbecue area with a large stone table is accessible via a staircase with 10 steps, ideal for outdoor dining.
Swimming pool:
The private swimming pool, located on the left side of the villa, consists of a rectangular 12 x 6 metre swimming pool with a fixed depth of 160cm, Roman steps for access and a stone bottom. Surrounded by olive trees, it offers a relaxing space with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is perfect for taking a refreshing dip or simply relaxing by the water. Pool open from May 1st to October 1st.
