Villa Vito
Villa Vito is a beautifully restored 19th-century Tuscan country house, located in an unspoilt corner of Tuscany, near the medieval village of Montelopio. Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and cypress trees, the villa offers the authentic charm of rural Tuscany, combined with modern comfort and refined elegance. Its quiet location – close to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano – makes it an ideal retreat for families or groups looking for relaxation, culture and the authentic Tuscan lifestyle.
Just a stone's throw from the villa, guests will find everything they need for a comfortable stay: a rustic annex, equipped for outdoor cooking and barbecuing, an infinity pool with hydromassage and a beautiful landscaped park of 5000 m² full of Mediterranean plants. Every corner of the property has been designed to promote well-being, privacy and relaxation.

Spanning two floors, Villa Vito combines the character of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse – terracotta floors, chestnut beams and stone walls – with modern amenities such as air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi and underfloor heating.
Ground floor
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a cozy dining area and connects to the living room, with a large dining table, comfortable sofas and an antique fireplace. A second lounge with armchairs and satellite TV provides a relaxing corner for reading or conversation.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with satellite TV and a private bathroom (fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility) and a separate guest bathroom with shower.
First floor
The upper floor features three elegant double bedrooms, each with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. Each room features a private bathroom with shower, a rustic fireplace and satellite TV, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Tower (La Colombaia)
A spiral staircase leads to the villa's characteristic tower – a charming 'dovecote', converted into a panoramic sitting room with armchairs and breathtaking 360° views of the Tuscan countryside.
From the kitchen and dining room, guests have access to a wrought iron pergola for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the shade on comfortable sofas.
