Villa Rosabella is a beautiful 18th-century Tuscan villa, fully restored and located among the green hills of Montecatini Terme, a town known for its thermal waters and historic charm. Surrounded by a private park, olive groves, and cypress trees, the villa offers stunning views of Montecatini Alto and the town itself. Villa Rosabella welcomes its guests with bright, spacious and tastefully restored interiors, designed for comfort and convenience. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining area, a double bedroom (convertible into two single beds if required) with an en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom with an en-suite shower, laundry facilities and access to the park.
The first floor features a large living room with a sofa bed and panoramic windows overlooking the valley, four additional bedrooms (two double beds, one convertible into a twin bed, one with two single beds) and four bathrooms (including shower and bathtub). The villa also features satellite TV, indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, a billiard table, a ping pong table and an alarm system.
The private heated swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, depth 1.5 meters) and the well-maintained outdoor areas of the villa are ideal for relaxing, dining al fresco and enjoying the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
