Villa Gina
Villa Gina is a beautiful Tuscan retreat, perched on a hill 300 meters above sea level, with breathtaking panoramic views of the hills of Valdinievole, Montecatini Alto with its medieval streets and castles, and the distant plains of Pisa and Livorno. The villa combines traditional Tuscan elements such as beams and stone walls with a modern and eclectic style, offering its guests an elegant, comfortable and functional home. Its serene location makes it the perfect base for exploring Tuscany's famous spas, cities of art, and scenic beaches.
The villa is surrounded by a large terraced park that follows the natural slope of the hill. The upper terraces offer quiet walking paths through woods and olive groves, while the fenced garden at the villa offers beautiful flowering plants and a children's playground with swings and a playhouse. A panoramic, heated swimming pool with lounge area and elegant seating areas is located on the front terrace and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Nearby is a gazebo with an outdoor kitchen with stove, sink and gas grill – perfect for enjoying alfresco meals or Tuscan wine in the shade.

Villa Gina is spread over two floors, with lodges and terraces that offer multiple spaces to relax, socialize, and enjoy the views.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a long terrace that leads to the main entrance. To the left of the entrance is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The dining room, lit by a large French window, communicates with a fully equipped professional kitchen. Additional amenities on this floor include a laundry room, a wardrobe and a second bathroom.
First floor
On the upper floor you will find a large open plan living room with a fireplace, TV, billiard table and table football. The terrace outside is equipped with a ping pong table and overlooks the pool. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms: one with an en-suite shower and the other with a hydromassage bath. Stairs lead up to two additional double bedrooms: one with a panoramic balcony, en-suite shower and Turkish bath, and the other with an en-suite shower.
