A former farmhouse, situated on a hill (503 m) offers a fantastic view over the Tuscan countryside and consists of 8 apartments. (see also our other ads for the other apartments)
The sunny apartments are attractively decorated in the local style and each offers panoramic views.
For guests there are several terraces and a swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, there is also a ping pong table on the lakatie and at 50 meters walking distance is the sports park where you can play tennis, football and use the outdoor fitness equipment. (Tennis is not free)

Stroll through the medieval village of Montecastelli Pisano, but Florence (Florence), Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano are also easily accessible.
The beach of Cecina is about 40 km away.
During walks or mountain biking you can enjoy nature on landscaped routes from your apartment.
This apartment is located on the ground floor with seating at the entrance.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there are 2 single beds that also serve as a sofa, there is a sitting and dining area for 4 people
It has a fully equipped open kitchen with:
- Fridge with freezer compartment
- Microwave
- Coffee maker (filter)
- Toaster
- Sandwich maker
- Kettle
- All other household goods needed
If there is enough interest, we organize various dinner themed evenings in the high season, such as a pizza evening where our guests put together their own pizza with products from the pizza buffet, then the pizzas are baked in our pizza oven.
If there is enough interest, we will also organize a wine tasting at our location.
