This recently renovated Farmhouse with 5 apartments and 1 penthouse with a total of 10 bedrooms and can accommodate groups of up to 31 people.
Each apartment/penthouse has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the cosiness of a group holiday with your family, friends or colleagues, but also have the privacy of your own apartment with a kitchen and sitting/living room.
You can cook and eat together with your group in the in-house private restaurant with bar and a lounge with satellite TV, but also use your own facilities in your apartment.

Facilities of the 5 apartments and the penthouse:
* All apartments have an open kitchen with sitting and dining area, there is a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and all necessary household goods. Ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms.
* Three of the apartments (A, D and F) have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and there are two single beds in the living room which can also serve as a sofa, it has 1 bathroom.
* One of the apartments (B) has 2 floors and has one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 1 bathroom
* One of the apartments (E) has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
*The penthouse (G) has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 4 single beds and it has 2 bathrooms.
The house is located on the outskirts of the historic village of Montecastelli Pisano on the edge of the Chianti region in the center of Tuscany.From here you can easily reach all historic cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa but also the Mediterranean Sea is only 40 kilometers away.
The managers of the Farmhouse live in the village and speak Italian, German, English, Dutch and Hungarian and are available to receive you and assist you where necessary.
