Villa Belora is an elegant and modern retreat, located in the tranquil Tuscan countryside near Monsummano Terme. Villa Belora is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and features a spacious outdoor area with a large L-shaped swimming pool (11 x 7 m plus 4 x 5 m, depth 1.40-1.55 m), sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The shaded lounge area under a wooden pergola is perfect for moments of relaxation, while the covered dining area invites guests to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue outside. Private parking is available on site.

The villa (340 m²) occupies two floors and combines open, bright spaces with elegant, minimalist décor in warm shades of white, beige and wood.
Ground floor
The open ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge, dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, bar with fridge and ice maker, espresso machine, dishwasher and Nespresso). The spa area features a heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage (3.8 x 2.5 m), a sauna (4 m²), a Turkish bath (4 m²) and two heated relaxation beds with panoramic views of the garden. This floor also features two dressing rooms with showers, a bathroom accessible to guests with reduced mobility and a double bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the garden. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities completes the floor.
First floor
Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have an extra single bed, ideal for families or groups. A private gym with exercise equipment (bench, dumbbells, pull-up bar, TRX system, ankle weights) and TV is accessible via an elevator from the spa.
