La Nostra Favola (Top)

Our house is located between Pistoia and Montecatini in the mountains at 770 meters altitude. It has plenty of space, has been recently renovated. The house consists of 2 floors, each with its own entrance and can each be rented separately. This concerns the upstairs apartment. Both parts have their own living area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with toilet. Around the house is a garden of 2000m2, part of which is forest (at the rear) The property is fully fenced. There is a private parking space on site. Perfect WiFi can be used. Given the high altitude, there is a pleasant temperature difference in the summer between the cities 'below' and the location of our house. This means that an air conditioner is not necessary. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets to keep insects out. The location of the house is central in the north of Tuscany, so the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini, Pistoia and Florence can be reached easily and quickly. From the Netherlands we travel via Switzerland in 1.5 days. Firenze and Pisa airports are also a 45-minute to an hour's drive away.
