Casa Charlotte is a detached villa/cottage in the hills of Lucca (15-20 minutes) with spectacular panoramic views and private swimming pool.

This authentic house has beautiful typical Tuscan elements such as wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. In addition, the house is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as air conditioning in every room (installed in 2022) and its own private swimming pool. The house has a living area of approximately 160m², spread over 3 floors and stands on a plot of approximately 1500m². There are several dozen olive trees on the plot to complete the Tuscan feeling.

The panoramic views can be admired from the house, the terrace and from the swimming pool. Around the swimming pool (10x5m, open from May to mid-October), there are also sunbeds and a double parasol where you can enjoy the Tuscan weather. In addition, the house is equipped with a comfortable and cozy interior, where you will quickly feel at home.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher / oven / microwave and a refrigerator. There is also a camping bed and a high chair in the house. In addition, there is both a washing machine and a dryer in the house. All window frames are equipped with a window screen, which keeps flies and insects out.

The house is suitable for 1-7 people and consists of 3 bedrooms with 2x double beds and 3x single beds, 2 bathrooms, a living room, laundry room and a kitchen. All beds in the house are very comfortable and of the highest quality, the beds are 90x200cm (single person), 180x200cm (2 person), the other double bed is even 180x210cm.

There are 2 private parking spaces at the house. Right in front of the house there is a large terrace with an 8-person table. Towards the swimming pool there is a pergola with another seating area below with a 6-person table and a beautiful view.

Hello, we are Ronald, Simone and Charlotte, the proud owners of Casa Charlotte. We bought this charming house with accompanying pool and beautiful terraces in 2022 because we love Italian life and of course the accompanying food and drinks. The house is also used by ourselves as a holiday home and we would like to share this with others!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid, if canceled between 7-30 days before check-in, 70% will be refunded. There will be no refund in case of later cancellation. At the time of booking 1000 euros must be paid as a deposit. No shows, late arrivals or early departures will equal 100% payment. In the event of cancellation, a percentage of 3% of the total amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the management costs. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer.
