Spectacular view over the valley, and on the highest mountain in the area (about 1400 meters) with Caprese Michelangelo at the foot. The starry sky is also breathtaking at night.
The new swimming pool is a great asset and invites you to take a dip, the depth goes from 110 cm to 160 cm.

The house is located at an altitude of approximately 650 meters and there is still a lot of snow in the winter

Modern kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, 5 burner stove with extractor hood, kettle, hand blender, baking molds, 2 toasters, one of which is Italian for gas, filter and nespresso machine, mugs, coffee, tea, oil vinegar -spices. Fresh herbs are outside.

Our house seen from the pool
Our lovely terrace, here we live between April and October. All rooms have access to the terrace. Partly covered, always some shade. Sun until about 3 o'clock. Afterwards, if you want, you can catch some sun on the terrace at the front or by the pool.
