Villa Luce is a beautiful stone farmhouse, located on a hill, just 300 meters from the main road, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Surrounded by peace and nature, this villa combines traditional Tuscan charm with modern comfort. It is an ideal place for families or groups looking for relaxation and proximity to Tuscany's most celebrated destinations, including Siena, Florence, Pisa and the Chianti region.
The villa features a large porch and pergola with tables and wrought iron chairs for alfresco dining, a barbecue area, a solarium and a spectacular heated infinity pool (10 x 5 meters; depth: 1.5 meters), perfect for enjoying panoramic sunsets. Inside are two spacious living rooms with comfortable sofas, a stone fireplace and entertainment such as satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and wifi. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the porch and pool terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor to flow seamlessly into each other.

Villa Luce offers six beautifully decorated bedrooms, two on the ground floor and four on the first floor, some with four-poster beds and natural stone sinks. Two living areas offer elegant yet cozy spaces with sofas and coffee tables. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and accessories including a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle. On the lower floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and views of the surrounding countryside, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
