Located on the 8-hectare Ville La Marcellina estate, the villa features a private garden, terraces, and swimming pools, offering complete privacy and relaxation. The interior is tastefully decorated in classic Tuscan style, combining antique furniture with soft, neutral tones and wood-beamed ceilings. Outside, guests can enjoy an infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, a solarium and a Mediterranean garden full of aromatic herbs. The open-plan kitchen, complete with barbecue and dining area, is perfect for long meals al fresco while enjoying the stunning countryside views.

Villa Fiorella is spread over four floors and combines historic architecture with modern comfort. Large windows and multiple terraces frame the breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills, while each room is thoughtfully decorated with art, handcrafted furniture and elegant details.
Second floor:
Guests enter through the main entrance into the garden, which leads to a welcoming entrance hall. This floor includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub – and a spacious master suite with a jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a seven-burner stove and a double oven opens onto a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining with family and friends.
Ground floor:
A few steps lead down to a unique heated indoor pool with panoramic windows, a bar and a cosy sitting room. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, ensuring privacy and convenience.
Third floor:
The third floor features an elegant living room, divided into three areas: two lounge areas with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, and a smaller seating area with a table, a mini fridge and an electric stove for light snacks. Large patio doors give access to the garden and the valley. On this floor there are also two additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (each with shower).
Fourth floor:
A short flight of stairs from the third floor leads to a smaller living room and the villa's charming tower suite: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, with unforgettable panoramic views of the Chianti hills and cypress-lined valleys.
