Originally built in the 16th century and completely restored with great care and respect for tradition, the villa retains its rustic charm but is characterized by contemporary elegance. The villa is tastefully decorated with antique furniture, handcrafted details, and warm tones that reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Outside, guests can relax by the private infinity pool, enjoy meals under the pergola, or simply take in the panoramic views of the Chianti hills – an ever-changing landscape of light and color.

Spread over two floors, Villa Essenza offers spacious, bright interiors, designed for relaxation and elegance.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a large entrance hall that leads to the living room with comfortable seating, a fireplace and access to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 7-burner stove, double oven, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and coffee makers – perfect for preparing Tuscan meals or organizing a private cooking class. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for up to 30 guests, ideal for communal dinners or small celebrations. Three double bedrooms are located on this floor, two with en-suite bathrooms with shower and jacuzzi, and one with a shower.
On the first floor there are a further four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and showers. Each bedroom offers views of the Chianti countryside and has been carefully decorated to combine comfort and character. Throughout the villa, guests can enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV, surrounded by timeless Tuscan charm.
The outdoor areas of the villa are equally impressive: a private infinity pool of 16 x 6 meters in a sheltered part of the garden, several furnished terraces, an aromatic herb garden and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Villa Essenza is a place to enjoy long summer evenings under the stars, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany.
