Interior Description
The villa and the cottage were the subject of a major renovation and design work in order to create unique environments that combine great Tuscan tradition with very modern and stylish elements, giving guests a unique property in every detail, full of character, luxuriously comfortable and unchallenged beauty.
The villa (170 square meters) develops on three levels and offers spacious rooms, equipped to accommodate the entire group for their meals. On the ground floor is the large fully equipped kitchen with dining table; from the kitchen you have access to the living room with fireplace and satellite TV. From here you also reach the roof terrace ideal for al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with the possibility of direct access to the garden, and a bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen a beautiful stone staircase leads you to the third double room with private bathroom with shower. From the living room instead there are stairs leading to the basement where you will find a study area/living room with bathroom with shower and a second room fitted with a large professional kitchen and a dining table. From this second kitchen you can also directly assess the outside.
The cottage develops on two levels: you enter directly the living area where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sitting area with fireplace and satellite TV. Beautiful French doors lead you outside onto a large sun terrace with outdoor furniture. From the ground floor you reach the first two rooms: one double room with en-suite bathroom with shower and a twin room (if necessary convertible into double bed) with adjacent bathroom with shower.
From the living room a beautiful stone staircase leads to the third bedroom, an incredible suite complete with private bathroom with shower.
