The structure consists of a building made entirely of stone, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Immersed in the beautiful garden, it puts at your disposal all indoor and outdoor areas.
You will have at your disposal a modern making, beautiful infinity pool overlooking Sant'Egidio and the incredible Monastery of the Capuccini. Also here the space around the pool is equipped with sun beds and pergola with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside .

Interior Description
The Villa has been furnished by the owners who wanted to offer their guests the best comfort using modern materials and finishes of great value, by creating bright spaces of luxurious design with big windows from which one can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The villa, developing on three floors connected by an internal staircase but also reachable by external accesses of the property has 4 double bedrooms, of which each is designed to meet your wellbeing thanks to the bathrooms equipped with "Wellness & Comfort".
On the ground floor you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, from which you can exit directly to the infinity pool. On the ground floor you will find the first of the four bedroom suites, equipped with bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and chromotherapy.
Also on this floor, you will find the second double room suite with direct access to the panoramic terrace. The room features a bathroom with rain-effect shower and chromotherapy, bathtub as well as a romantic turkish bath for two persons.
On the first floor you find the other two double rooms. The first one is characterized by a wonderful view and a skylight, equipped with a full bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower and bath, as well as the second suite, with both shower and a bath with aromatherapy in the bathroom.
The last part of the villa is the lower one, the basement, where you will have at your disposal a lounge area with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, as well as a pool table and a reading corner. One accesses the lounge area by the internal staircase or directly from the outside.
