Casa Farneta is a rustic country house surrounded by olive trees in the countryside around Cortona.
Thanks to its location, near the A1 motorway, the villa is an excellent starting point for daily trips in the Tuscany region. The interior of the house has been tastefully renovated by the owners, who have used their charm, heart and passion to create a comfortable atmosphere.
Guests can relax around the pool or dine under the large gazebo in front of the barbecue overlooking Foiano della Chiana. The villa is the ideal location for a holiday in Tuscany, allowing guests to explore one of the most beautiful regions of the country, close to the most important cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and San Gimignano.

The house has 3 floors. The entrance is on the ground floor, which consists of a living room with sofa, a corner kitchen, a dining area with kitchen and 4 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms with shower.
A stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the upper floor with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath. From the living room on the ground floor, a stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the lower floor with a living room with kitchen, an open space with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (a single bed can also be added on request) and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with only a toilet.
All rooms (except the bathrooms) are air-conditioned. From the exterior, stairs lead up to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
Swimming pool
The pool is approximately 6 x 12 meters in size and has a variable depth of 1.00 to 1.50 meters. Three Roman steps lead down to the pool area overlooking Cortona. The pool is lined with PVC and has a chlorine purification system. There is an outdoor solar shower.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.
