Casa Della Pace

This is a typical farmhouse of the early 20th century, immersed in the Lucca countryside, surrounded by greenery and the scent of olive groves, with a panoramic private pool. The location of Casa La Furbina is undoubtedly strategic thanks to its proximity to the beautiful and historic city of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, and also due to the nearby amenities that are all just a few steps away. The city of Lucca is a place famous for its many nuances of food and wine, its cultural and artistic history, including names like Puccini, Barsanti and Matteucci, Viani and others. The house has recently been renovated by the current owners, keeping the charm of the Tuscan farmhouses intact thanks to the restoration and use of materials sourced from these areas, such as beams, rafters and stones. A furnished portico provides a backdrop and is ideal for enjoying dinners under the typical summer stars. It overlooks a private pool perfect for hot summer days. The house is completed by the view over the plain of Lucca and the characteristic and charming town of Castelvecchio. Ideal for families with children looking for a holiday with all amenities and complete relaxation.

Interior
The house is spread over two floors, connected by a stone staircase of 18 steps. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto a living room with sofas and TV, an equipped kitchen with access to the portico and a typical dining area with a spacious table for six people. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Two further bathrooms with showers are available to our guests.

Ground floor
Kitchen + living room: well equipped kitchen, sofa, oven, freezer, fridge, WIFI internet, dishwasher, washing machine, stove top, dining table, television, toaster, satellite TV, exit to the garden, exit to the veranda. Bathroom: bidet, shower, sink.

First floor
Bedroom 1: air conditioning, double bed, television, mosquito net. Bedroom 2: air conditioning, double bed, television, mosquito net. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, television, mosquito net. Outside
There is a comfortable covered wooden terrace where you can dine and lunch outdoors, near the swimming pool and a relaxation area with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. There is a barbecue next to the house, ideal for barbecuing in the summer!

Swimming pool
The private swimming pool is located at the front of the house and is clearly visible from there. The swimming pool is covered with PVC, is rectangular and measures 5x10m and has a fixed depth of 1.40 meters. It has a chlorine purification system accessed internally via a Roman staircase. The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, sun loungers and parasols so you can spend long days in the sun in peace and quiet. Swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 1.
