Welcome to Olivo, a spacious and comfortable apartment (60 m²) on the ground floor, ideal for families or a group of up to 5 people. The apartment is named after what you see all around you: a sea of olive trees! Enjoy the beautiful view and the soothing green landscape directly from your private terrace.
Inside you will find a cozy living room with open kitchen and dining area, including two charming sofa beds in brickwork. The separate bedroom is generously set up with a double bed, an extra single bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped to put a delicious pasta on the table yourself, including an oven, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer and all the necessary utensils. Bed linen and towels are of course provided.
You'll have your own outdoor area with table and chairs under an attractive gazebo – perfect for a long lunch in the shade or a good glass of wine in the evening sun.
On hot days, the swimming pool, located among the 700 olive trees, offers cooling and relaxation. Whether you're swimming laps or dreaming away on a lounger under an olive tree – you can really relax here. And thanks to its location on the ground floor, the apartment stays nice and cool, with air conditioning for the extra hot days.
