Villa Preferito is a magnificent Tuscan retreat that combines timeless elegance, authentic charm and modern comfort. All of the villa's original architectural elements have been carefully preserved – terracotta floors, stone frames, exposed wooden beams and exposed brick ceilings – while the interiors feature sophisticated antique furniture and luxurious finishes. The residence has two swimming pools: a heated indoor pool with hydromassage and sauna and an outdoor pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.20-2.00 m), surrounded by lush gardens and panoramic views. A shaded gazebo and a glass-covered porch allow for both alfresco and air-conditioned dining all year round.

Villa Preferito welcomes guests on three spacious floors, connected by both an internal staircase and a lift. Each bedroom is individually designed, with refined décor, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe and a private bathroom with hairdryer.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall, elegant lounge with fireplace and bar, dining room, professional kitchen and a bright glazed porch overlooking the garden. On this floor there is also a laundry room, a guest bathroom, a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and sitting area, and the indoor wellness area with swimming pool (3 x 5 m), hydromassage and sauna.
Ground floor:
Two suites, each with a double bedroom, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. An additional double bedroom with seating area and fireplace, and four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room.
Second floor:
An intimate attic bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower (minimum ceiling height 1.80 m).
