Monti 1824 is located near the picturesque medieval village of Casole d'elsa. It is within walking distance of 1 km, via a well-maintained path, illuminated at night,where you can really enjoy the city life.
Casole d'elsa is a lovely little medieval town with a very friendly community that will put guests in an authentic atmosphere. In Casole we have nice restaurants, local shops, cafes and all the main amenities.

Check-in guaranteed not before 16:00 and until 18:00. Access to the facilities such as swimming pool, garden ecc is only possible after the check-in procedure.
Check-out before 9:00 am.
As required by Italian national law, guests will be personally acknowledged upon check-in. For this reason, check-in will not be accepted at times when the staff is unable to carry out this acknowledgment.
After 20:00, check-in will be delayed until the morning after 9:00 and 10:00.
OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
-Heating (based on consumption): € 1.90 per hour. The apartment is equipped with a thermostat with timer, so guests can use the heating as desired.
-Washing machine: € 5 per wash
-Extra change of towels and bed linen (on request): € 16 per person. The change is included every 7 nights.
-Bath towels (on request): € 5 each. Pool towels are not included in the towel set and must be reserved prior to arrival. If pool towels are not reserved in advance, we cannot guarantee their availability.
-Baby cot with sheets and towels (on request - limited availability): € 50 - to be paid on site and to be booked before arrival.

MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS - TOURIST TAX
TOURIST TAX : Tourist tax is requested in cash on arrival and is mandatory for all guests over 12 years old. The costs are 2.50 euros per night per person from 12 years old
CAUTION
-The owners' family lives on the farm and is always ready to help guests.
-The farm consists of 6 apartments and a swimming pool.
-The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments of Monti 1824 (Mandorlo apartment + 5 apartments).
-The swimming pool is open from April 1 to October 30 (opening hours may vary depending on weather conditions). The opening hours are from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Persons who are not on the reservation and are not registered as guests of Mont1824 do not have access to the site (swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking lot).
- Smoking in the apartments.
- Parties or gatherings.
