Cottage Olivo - Monti 1824 ®

Olivo Cottage is part of an attractive agriturismo ( Monti 1824 ) in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by nature. It is an ideal place to enjoy and relax. The house has its own terrace , where you can sit outside. Together with the other residents you have access to a swimming pool with a beautiful view and a barbecue. Here you are in the beautiful Vald'Elsa region with beautiful panoramic views over the hilly landscape. The charming village of Casole d'elsa is just 1 kilometer away , where you can do your daily shopping but also enjoy a tasty bite to eat.

Ground floor: open kitchen (stove, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator), living/dining room (dining table). Double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet).

First floor: bedroom - attic, (2 x single bed, air conditioning). Internal bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet).

Outside: terrace, small enclosed garden (private), garden furniture.

Additional information: heating (central heating 1.90 E / hour), air conditioning, garden, garden furniture, BBQ (shared with other guests), swimming pool (shared with other guests, 6 x 12 m., open from April to October), free Wi-Fi -fi, parking.

OPTIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Heating (paid per use): 1.90 euros per hour

Washing machine: 5 euros / wash

Pool towels: 5 euros / piece. Pool towels are not included in the towel set so must be reserved prior to arrival. If pool towels are not reserved in advance, we cannot guarantee them.

Baby cot with sheets and towels: 40 euros per stay

Baby cot without sheets and towels: 30 euros per stay

Air conditioning is included from June 1 to September 15. Please note that at other times of the year this is not calculated in the rental price, but is paid extra locally at a cost of 40 euros per day / 280 euros per week.
Air conditioning is only in the 2 bedrooms with 2 separate machines (cooling only).
