CHECK IN & CHECK OUT RULES

✔ Check-in guaranteed not before 16:00 and until 18:00. Access to the facilities such as swimming pool, garden ecc is only possible after the check-in procedure.

✔ Check-out before 9:00 am.

As required by Italian national law, guests will be personally acknowledged upon check-in. For this reason, check-in will not be accepted at times when the staff is unable to carry out this acknowledgment.
After 20:00, check-in will be delayed until the morning after 9:00 and 10:00


- USE OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: appliances such as stoves, stoves, stoves, portable refrigerators and freezers must be declared at check-in, as their use is not included in the normal energy costs included in the reservation. Their presence entails an additional cost of 30 euros per night / 210 euros per week to be paid on site. Pool open from April 1st to October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening hours 8.00 - 19.30 hrs.

Guests will only find a starter kit on arrival with some courtesy products to start their stay: toilet paper roll, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, a couple of dishwasher tablets.
