Well ventilated in the summer and only 1 km away from the medieval, authenic village of Casole d'elsa. Our village is the range of history, breathtaking landscapes and original architecture. It is a place full of charm, but not massively based on tourism.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT RULES

✔ Check-in guaranteed not before 16:00 and until 18:00. Access to the facilities such as swimming pool, garden ecc is only possible after the check-in procedure.

✔ Check-out before 9:00 am.

As required by Italian national law, guests will be personally acknowledged upon check-in. For this reason, check-in will not be accepted at times when the staff is unable to carry out this acknowledgment.
After 20:00, check-in will be delayed until the morning after 9:00 and 10:00

OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

- HEATING (based on pay per use): 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with an hour counter in the apartment to allow guests to use it when they prefer.

- WASHING MACHINE : 5 euros / wash

- EXTRA CHANGE OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS (only on request) : 16 euros per person. The change of towels and bed linen is different every 7 nights (e.g. if you stay for 2 weeks, the first set is on arrival, the second after 7 days.)

- POOL TOWELS ( only on request) : 5 euros / each. Pool towels are not included in the towel set, so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance, we cannot guarantee that they will provide them.

- BABY COT with sheets and towels ( only on prior request ) : 45 euros - to be paid locally and to be booked before arrival

- HIGH CHAIR : with strap. 18 euros to be paid on arrival and to request at the time of booking (limited availability)

- BABY BATH : 10 euros to be paid on arrival and to request it at the time of booking ( limited availability)

- PLEASE NOTE that from 31 May 2025 to 12 September is included in the price. Please note that at other different times of the year it is not calculated in the rental rate but is paid extra on the spot with a cost of 40 euros per day / 28 euros per week.
Air conditioning is located in the 2 bedrooms with 2 separate machines ( cool only )

The swimming pool is shared with the other accommodations of the Monti 1824 farm stay ( Leccio Cottage + 5 other units ).

Pool open from April 1st to October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening hours 8.00 - 19.30 hrs.
