Monti 1824 is a farmhouse located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside near Siena, San Gimignano Volterra, Chianti and Florence... a convenient base from which to explore the local culture and Tuscan nature.

Monti 1824 is located near the picturesque medieval village of Casole d'elsa. It is within walking distance of 1 km, via a well-maintained path, illuminated at night,where you can really enjoy the city life.
Casole d'elsa is a lovely little medieval town with a very friendly community that will put guests in an authentic atmosphere. In Casole we have nice restaurants, local shops, cafes and all the main amenities.

Check-in guaranteed not before 16:00 and until 18:00. Access to the facilities such as swimming pool, garden ecc is only possible after the check-in procedure.

Check-out before 9:00 am.

As required by Italian national law, guests will be personally acknowledged upon check-in. For this reason, check-in will not be accepted at times when the staff is unable to carry out this acknowledgment.
After 20:00, check-in will be delayed until the morning after 9:00 and 10:00.


OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Heating (based on pay per use): 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with an hour counter in the apartment to allow guests to use it when they prefer. Period of law for the use of heating: 1 November - 15 April .

Washing machine: 5 euros / wash

Extra change of towels and bed linen (on request) : 16 euros per person

Pool towels ( on request) : 5 euros / each. Pool towels are not included in the towel set, so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance, we cannot guarantee that they will provide them.

Baby cot with sheets and towels ( on request - limited availability ) : 50 euros - to be paid locally and to be booked before arrival

High chair : ( on request - limited availability ) : 18 euros - to be paid locally and to be booked before arrival.

Baby bath : 10 euros per stay


MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS - TOURIST TAX

TOURIST TAX : Tourist tax is requested in cash on arrival and is mandatory for all guests over 12 years old. The costs are 2.50 euros per night per person from 12 years old

The family of the owners lives in the farm

The farmhouse consists of 6 holiday rentals + swimming pool

The swimming pool is shared with the other accommodations of the Monti 1824 farm stay ( Mandorlo apartment + 5 units ).

Pool open from April 1st to October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening hours 8.00 - 19.30 hrs.

IT'S ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN

- people not included in the reservation and not included as guests of Mont1824 on the estate (swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking)

-smoking in the accommodation

-organize parties or gatherings
