Driving up the steep, ascending private road, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, you will find yourself in the courtyard of a 16th-century farmhouse, which has been restored with great respect for history and decorated with impeccable taste.
Despite its impressive size from the outside, the atmosphere inside is intimate and familiar, a home that invites, relaxes and opens up to the surrounding greenery: the garden and pool merge seamlessly into the house and everyone will find their favourite spot here, whether that be the living room with original fireplace, the library, the office or the swimming pool.

The villa is distributed over three floors, two of which are above ground. The entrance opens into a large living room with sofas, which leads to a study and a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking areas. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, about 23 steps lead to the part entirely dedicated to bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds and bathrooms with showers, one with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom, which can be linked together on request if required, with a bathroom with shower, and a standard double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the basement, about 19 steps lead to a multipurpose room with a table tennis table.
Outside: The property is surrounded by terraced land planted with typical Mediterranean vegetation. Olive trees dominate, but there are also many other plants and shrubs. Although the grounds are extensive, only a few terraces are perfectly usable, and on one of them is the beautiful swimming pool. Another terrace has a boules court and yet another has a small but precious vegetable garden, which is available to guests. A large barbecue is available to guests upon request.
