Casa SerenVigna is a quiet place with lots of privacy that meets many wishes. It is a holiday home where a family with children and grandparents or two couples with or without children feel comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone and something for everyone: various sun and sun/shade terraces, cool spots under the large tree in the garden or on the terrace next to the pool to keep an eye on the children. The fence and the private swimming pool on legs (safe for two and four friends!) ensure that you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
Casa SerenVigna is fully furnished. The following applies to the entire house: air conditioning adjustable per room (kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms), heating, wifi, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner.
Parterre:
- A fully equipped kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, oven, large size fridge with freezer compartment), cookware set, plates, serving bowls, wine glasses, lemonade glasses, tea and coffee mugs, egg cups, cutlery +6 people, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, bialetti ...,
- A dining room with a large table (6 people);
- A living room with 3-person sofa (also fold-out 2-person sofa bed for emergencies 1m40 x 2m), wood stove, TV, DVD player, small selection of DVDs and books (NL, FR, EN);
- One bedroom (double bed 1m40 x 1m90);
- A -dated, but functional- bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower;
- An individual entrance and fenced private parking for 2 cars.
First floor:
- One bedroom: 2 x single mattresses (80 cm x 180 cm, can be placed separately or together), wardrobe;
- Large terrace with garden furniture (2 people);
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, WC and bidet;
- A sitting area with TV, radio/ CD/ MP3.
The holiday home is located in the countryside and therefore peace and quiet are guaranteed. It is located just above the village of Partigliano. Valdottavo (valley) is also close by (cafes, pizzeria, pharmacy, hairdresser, laundry, small supermarkets and delicatessens, all 10' by car). Lucca (20') and other destinations such as Pisa (45'), Viareggio, Livorno, Cinque terre and the Versilia coast are nearby (depending on the above destinations the travel times vary from 55 to 90'). For destinations such as Florence, Siena, Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana etc. , you prefer to take a whole day. Feel free to email us for a tailor-made program. We would love to, because we are fans of our region and know many nice and surprising places! Please allow for some curves and narrow, tight streets before you get to the house. The house is located at 350m above sea level.
